I support people through moments of inner change, crisis, or life transitions. Sometimes these are periods when, outwardly, everything appears fine, yet inside, something no longer fits. Other times, life becomes more visibly unsettled, and it’s necessary to create a space where what’s happening can be held, understood, and worked through.
Many come with feelings that are difficult to name: restlessness, confusion, or the need for a pause to honestly examine themselves.
My work is based on transpersonal counseling. I do not make diagnoses or address clinical mental health issues that require medical treatment; my focus is on self-understanding and fostering awareness.
Sessions are not about “fixing” anything or providing quick answers. Instead, they are about seeing clearly — understanding what is truly happening and the role you play in it.
From that point, the process becomes more tangible: recognizing your resources, making sense of your experiences, and beginning to make decisions that better align with who you are.
I work from a perspective that integrates psychological and spiritual dimensions, without separating them from everyday life. What matters is not only what you understand during the session, but how that understanding impacts your daily life.
That’s where genuine change begins.
