I am a transpersonal counselling and mindfulness teacher — and before either of those things, someone who has sat with their own questions long enough to know that the most important work rarely happens on the surface.
My practice brings together transpersonal counselling, mindfulness, and compassion-based approaches, informed by neuroscience and contemplative traditions. I work with people navigating life transitions, existential uncertainty, or those quiet but persistent inner signals that something needs attention — not fixing, but understanding.
I hold a degree in Social Communication and completed a three-year professional training in Transpersonal Therapy at the Escuela Española de Desarrollo Transpersonal (Madrid), including certification in Transpersonal Systemic Therapy. I am also certified as a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher through the UC Berkeley Greater Good Science Center, where I trained under internationally recognized teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
I currently work as a mentor and facilitator at the Spanish School of Transpersonal Development, and accompany individuals in private practice through transpersonal counselling and mindfulness-based processes.
What I bring to this work is presence, careful listening, and a genuine respect for each person’s own timing and inner process. I don’t approach sessions with a map of where you should arrive. I’m more interested in what’s actually here — and what it might be asking of you.
